Orange Flex

Orange Flex is an in-app mobile offer. More flexible than a standard subscription, easier than a prepaid plan. It's easy to transfer your number and you can change your Plan whenever you need to – even once a month. Forget about long contracts and notice periods! Plus you get data and unlimited calls, 5G and eSIM.

WHY IS IT GREAT TO BE IN ORANGE FLEX?

EASY. You sign up. You transfer your number or get a new one. You install an eSIM or order a traditional SIM card. All in the app, without calling or leaving your home.

LOTS OF EVERYTHING. You get unlimited calls, SMS and MMS in Poland and in the EU. You choose how much data you need per month. Plus you get Social Pass, so you can scroll through TikTok, Instagram and other social media and use messaging apps like WhatsApp and Messenger without using up data from the Plan.

AND MORE. Still not enough? In Orange Flex, you can increase your data limit. All you have to do is activate our UNLMTD offer – unlimited data packages for 7 or 30 days. Perfect for digital ninjas who can't live without the internet.

Oh, and you can choose 1, 2 or 3 additional SIM cards or eSIMs for free with your Plan. We figured that it's nice to have for a smartwatch, tablet or second phone. But with UNLMTD you can get unlimited internet at home, for a life free of cables and long contracts.

FLEXIBLE. You can upgrade, downgrade, activate and deactivate your monthly Plan whenever you want and with no extra charge. You can set everything up once and subscribe that way, or change your mind every month. Unused GBs are stored in the Data Safe so that you don’t lose them!

FREEDOM. In Orange Flex, there are no long-term contracts, paperwork, trips to the store or other unnecessary formalities. Who would want to play that game now we've invented the subscription?

SOCIAL. An in-app mobile network offers lots of opportunities – and we didn't hesitate to use them! That's how we came up with one of our users' favourite services: data transfer. You can either send some much-needed internet to friends who are also in Flex, or accept some as a gift from them.

EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL. Link your card and forget about transfers and top-ups once and for all. You can also pay with BLIK. You decide what packages to buy and when, and you can track your data usage any time in the app. No more high bills after holidays.

FAST AND 5G. You get 5G in all of the Plans on Orange Flex. Plus you can choose an eSIM so you don't have to wait for the courier or mess around with inserting the card into the device. You join the network digitally and eSIM activation takes seconds. If your smartphone supports eSIM, hop on over to Flex – we have the easiest activation (but you're more than welcome to join us with a regular SIM too).

24/7 SUPPORT. The Flex app is super easy and intuitive. But if you need some help, our chat is always available. It's open 24 hours a day.

5 STEPS AND YOU'RE ON FLEX:

#1 Download the app and choose your Plan.

#2 Create an account and transfer your number or choose a new one.

#3 Choose an e-SIM or a SIM card (with collection in store or courier delivery).

#4 Confirm your identity – with a selfie and a photo of your ID document or the My ID option via your bank. P.S. We don't store your photos.

#5 Choose whether you want to pay by card or BLIK, then activate your number.
